What Happened with this Piece of Anchor Hocking Glass?

By accident, I got a set of 4 AH Soreno small bowls that due to some freak of antiques are selling for the outrageous price of $20 each on eBay. But it's AH glass so it's not the best quality as it was made to be affordable. All 4 bowls have what looks like streaks in the bottom, but they're not scrapes, they're part of the glass. I suspect a manufacturing flaw but I'm at a loss as to what and how to describe it. I re-read my listing and I wrote that there is some "marring" in the glass. Did I make that word up? Should I keep it?
