I`m going to say either a Scottie or a Lakeland Terrier.
no way is it a Westie.

Legs are too short for a Lakeland, and they should have drop ears...

As someone else suggested - somebody's mamma got out under a fence.(LOL) The hole in the tail held another decorative element. I've seen lots of similar ones with butterflies there. The metal and ceramic bit got lost somewhere along the way.

    Still no consensus??????????

Can we agree that it shows no hair of fur at all. It has not been shaved down to bare skin. There IS NO breed of terrier or Scottie that exactly matches.

    Offering for sale?

THIS CUTE LITTLE PERKY FELLA IS LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME. HE'S FULLY HOUSE BROKEN AND DOES NOT CHEW FURNITURE. HE GETS ALONG FINE WITH OTHER DOGS AND CATS. YOUR WHOLE FAMILY WILL WELCOME HIM................................................................
