Featured What is this? Fire grenade??

    I really don't know but it reminds me of an old oil lamp. I guess the top would have to pop up though to insert the wick. Hmmmm.

    I'll chime in as a fire (extinguisher) grenade also - earlier ones were filled with salt water but then some genius thought filling them with carbon tetrachloride was a healthy alternative - but it evaporates in the tiniest presence of oxygen/air. They used to hang them by trash cans and other fire hazard places hence the loop.
    It was a popular shape..........
