Wondering if there is a certain term for this type of art? Rag paper with metal and gemstones infused on it. Titled Aztec II and has been signed and numbered, 44/300, by the artist. The actual piece of art measures 15 1/2" by 12". Also trying to decipher the name of the artist. Has a Windsor Art label on the back. I know that they created repro's for home decor, but I am thinking this might be a little better piece since it is a signed limited edition. Any help would be appreciated.

Jivvy the research is my favorite

I'd call it Mixed Media or Paper Craft.

"Multimedia" is more commonly used to refer to pieces that include a non-visual arts element (e.g. a sound recording).

Looks like handmade paper pressed into a mold, stained or dyed and a simple pattern made with fabric paints applied on top. Cannot make out the signature.
