I think you are right about Oller.
I think it’s Bohe T. Oller. It’s very hard to see, becoming not so sure now!

It is a beautiful set, MML.
The name is Hohenzollern, the name of an extended aristocratic family which included the royal family of Germany (Kaiser Wilhelm, etc). Although I rather like Bohe T. Ollern.;)
The name was used, with "Royal Privilege", by Tettau of Bavaria. Tettau manufactured porcelain from 1794-1954.

Regarding Bohe T. Ollern, Europeans rarely add middle name initials when they use their name, it is just first name and surname.
I still like the name, could be a nice alias.:)

The crown is the imperial crown. It emphasized and enforced the status of the Hohenzollerns, so it was used as much as possible.
It was also used by companies who had imperial warrant of appointment, which is probably why Tettau was allowed to use it. Those companies could have been in any part of the German empire, including Bavaria.
    The imperial crown:

Although the crown is on the front of the salad plate for the Kaiser's yacht, to show it is for imperial use, the mark on the back is a different mark, a Reichsapfel or orb.

JMHO. you're making a bit a mess. the known marks which are shown on that stein page clearly ALL show the Bavarian white/blue and some the Bavarian lion. got nothing to do with the Reichsapfel etc.

I know, that is what I said. The Reichsapfel mark is on the imperial yacht porcelain, the crown mark is on MML's set.
So two different manufacturers, that was my point.:)
I am not saying it was definitely by Tettau, just that they used the name, and the crown is the imperial crown.

Maybe this will clarify what I mean.
The mark on MML's set, a Hohenzollern Germany mark with crown:

The mark on the imperial yacht salad platter, a KPM, Königliche Porzellan Manufaktur (Berlin) mark with Reichsapfel/orb, and scepter:
