Thank You! But, this board wasn’t mass-produced; but was reproduced. (You can find about 10 online. How did they reproduce them, do you think? Or were they hand drawn based on a template, or so?

You could probably do it with a silkscreen or spraying paint with a stencil.

Here's the original of your copy on sale:
Black and White by Keith Haring on artnet Auctions

Hang on, he died in 1990 and this is dated 1999.
I think I just read that someone had the authority to finish his started works and still claim them as his. I'll look for that information source.

I was taking about the original on sale in the link for thousands not this one.

Here's the info that someone was alllowed to finish the work he was doing and still claim it as his:

'However, some works were already in production when Haring died. This meant he couldn’t sign them himself. The Estate solved this by letting Julia Gruen sign the last official editions, like evidenced on this “Radiant Baby” from the Icons-series (1990):'

I don't know how they could do a reproduction of a work in 1993 if the work wasn't finished until 1999.

The piece in your link is a tapestry, and either the OP's photo is compressed, or the tapestry is elongated. The other difference is the use of red for that one figure at the top.
