I know its a oil on board..
I bought it at an estate sale as a left over item. My boss said he thought it was a home goods type piece, the lady that owned it said it was really old and given to her by friends that were moving across country.

Its not large. Maybe 18" long.
The framing is new, that much I can tell.
Canvas I can tell pretty well old vs new, but board? idk...

Ive seen a couple similar pieces pop up recently, similar sizes, similar framing all claiming 1800s artwork..

    What do yall think??

I know that slate grey back is a clarion call for something, but I can't remember what. Recent, I think, and high end factory.

    Hope I'm wrong.
