    I know Bali has naming conventions that are different from the American naming conventions, but that is all I know.

    Yes, Bali, Indonesia.
    I can't read the name of the artist, Tandra(?) .....?
    Unfortunately I have nothing to add here, except it was made for a shop in the art village of Ubud. Ubud is a bit of a tourist trap, althought there are certainly good artists as well. This painting is nice, but to me it looks of a type you see a lot there.

    The shop is called Gerudug Arts, which could refer to I Wayan Gerudug. He was one of the famous Balinese painters of the heyday of Balinese painting, and member of the Art Deco art group Pita Maha. It is a bit like calling a shop 'Rembrandt'.
    This painting is not in the style of I Wayan Gerudug or any of his family.
