Which decade is this tapestry style clutch?

Hello! I still find myself struggling to date purses, especially if I'm reselling. I like to try to get as close to a decade as possible instead of always describing as 'vintage'. What decade would you put this one in? The metal zipper has 'FA JOOZ' on it (or something like that) which I can't find when I Google it. I'm guessing 70s or 80s? Could be earlier, I haven't a clue. Thanks!

 

That tapestry fabric was popular in the late 1960s - early 1970s. You don't provide measurements but... I don't think that's a purse. Looks more like a purse accessory.
