White bronze elephant statuette. Rarity?

    It's probably "white brass", or a nickel alloy. It's the wrong color for bronze unless someone plated it ... which would be weird. The Indians make use of both the alloy and make elephants. His blanket looks Indian.

    This is not a cover. The metal is homogeneous, white.
