I see you have bought your drawing from Marktplaats, so we can assume JP Gentenaar is not someone from South Africa or the US. I tried to search someone with the initials J.P. and last name in geneanet, but without success unfortunately. The name Gentenaar is not very super rare in the 18th century in the Netherlands especially in the Randstad: 1947 (CBG Familienamen) 2007 If we look at your drawing, it looks like a typical art-school drawing. This JP Gentenaar could just have been a talentful amateur. The only thing I can imagine you can do is try to find someone who is busy with the genealogy of the name Gentenaar. I found traces of a guy named Joop Gentenaar, but I don't know if he is still alive (in 2019 he was 88).
