It's marked with what looks like a B.

    Does anyone recognize the mark?

I've no idea who made it, I'm afraid the photo of the mark is a bit to blurry for my eyes... but I wonder if it was made as a charm for a charm bracelet?
I can't really tell just what size it is, either... the ruler gives no indication of measurement units.

It's 1-3/4" tall. Too big for a charm.

I have triple candelabras too. Just like full size ones, they come apart and become single candlesticks.

    Doll's house items?

Are they, perhaps, scaled for doll house items?

They're about twice the right size for a 1:12 scale dollhouse. But they did come with a dollhouse lot.

Dutch silver miniatures can be this size, but the mark isn't Dutch. Maybe made in the style of Dutch silver miniatures?

An antique Dutch doll's house with silver miniatures, the miniatures are difficult to see, but there are a lot of them:

The "houses" were made inside cabinets:

So funny. When I saw the opening post, my first thought was, "I bet Johnny is going to love this."

Oohh, they are even more spectacular than the coffee pot, with the tiny candles still there!

Im dying over here ! Dying ! That cabinet is beyond ! I work in the 1/12 scale and these would be a bit large for that.I wonder if these were just doll sized accessories ? What treasures !

So more like a 1:6 scale, aka "playscale" in modern dollhouse parlance.
Then perhaps your sterling bits was simply meant for display, in a shadowbox or cabinet, rather than for use in a doll's house.
I agree with kyra, those candelabra are fabulous!

I've long coveted THIS Maitland-Smith dollhouse bar cabinet. It could be easily adapted for a display of miniatures! But never in a millions years will it be within my reach financially...
I could, perhaps, swing for THIS miniature version.

For you, Johnny, another cabinet, the doll's house of Sara Rothé, currently in the Art Museum in The Hague. I love the very Dutch inlaid wood of the cabinet itself too, and the obligatory Chinese porcelain on top. It was made in 1745, but work continued on it for nearly a century:

And one of our most famous ones, from the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, the spectacular 1710 Petronella Oortmans doll's house :woot::woot::
