Not what you asked for but... I was curious about Verona, the manufacturer. The company dates to 1910 so outside Victorian era, as described by seller. (Apologies if you already knew that.) Seller dates this bench to c. 1920.

I have seen similar figures on other metal legs identified as Sirens.

 

I would think that's what they're intended to be too. Not "angel figures" as seller describes.

I should add that the legs I am thinking of were made in Italy.
