Thank you for using the Reference Point.

We had searched our NewspaperSG (http://eresources.nlb.gov.sg/newspapers) for any early newspaper articles on this company but was unable to find anything in the English and Chinese newspapers.

However, based on the address given, “55 North Bridge Road”, we have been able to confirm that the firm existed at least until 1936 or earlier. After that, the premise was occupied by various other companies ranging from jeweller, watch dealer, to importer of typewriters.
