I'm so tired of searching online, anyone know what kind of basket bowl this is ? It's a different one from the last one I posted here .

    Thank You

This basket is so simple, with few distinguishing features, that I can't place it. I am pretty sure it is not Native American, but the technique is so ubiquitous that it could be from anywhere. It would come down to identifying the materials, which is not easy. But perhaps someone else can recognize it.

It's African, made by the Hausa of Nigeria and neighboring Niger.

It's made from palm fiber. The dyed design pattern has faded out so much, that it is hard to discern, but if it were bright, the basket would be more recognizable.

They are still made today, and are one of the most-frequently misidentified "Indian" basket on line. The design patterns have changed a bit over the years, generally becoming a little more complicated and adding black accent stitching, but it's the same basic material, form, and technique.
