wowie zowie.............good eye !!! at least charity got some of the value....but u made out like a bandit !!!!
well buggermeflip not gold and not silver stayed their for a while on the gold test, but black hole sun
Stayed their for about 10 secs then slowly went, so it wasn't a definite this isn't gold, but 18 k it aint
Yeah, I'm baffled by this one, jumped the gun a bit But can only be honest about the test results It's the 18 hallmark that got me all jumped up
Hi bronners Yeah it's in the last photo, middle of largest band, in hexagon ? Slanted 18 under a roof Next to it is another that looks like a partial star
Star is Spanish. It might be Majorica - they do a lot of vermeil; white gold on silver . The 18 under a roof indicates plated with 18k, I believe.
The stones look set and open backed. True? If so, it would be indicative of a serious piece. The clasp also points to a quality piece.
These areas appear to have solder where it doesn't belong.Too many reflections in other photos to pick out specific areas. The leaf circle is covered with solder or it's an extremely bad casting with porosity.
Yeah it doesn't look like that in hand it's pretty even all round The bottom bit is the edge of the front surround Will post a pic tomorrow to show you miss holly
