Featured yellow gem or something

    Hello my friends, I have been busy lately. I miss all of you .

    Anyways, here is something I have had for a while and just today found it in my messy room. I'm not sure what it is, hopefully it's a yellow diamond, I wish, lol.

    Anyone know what this stone or gem is called ?

    Not a typical shape for rough diamond. Looks yellow quartz in structure, maybe call it citrine.

    How many sides does it have and what does the bottom of the crystal look like? There appears to be a couple of cleavage plains in the bottom half,so it could be topaz.

    I wouldn't know either way, from rough. My first instinct is citrine. I've found bits of yellow fluorite that look close but no cigar.
