Featured $2 BTK image may be worth $5M

I enlarged the face supposedly of BTK and to me anyway, it looks nothing like the "known" image. Especially the chin-is the striped-sweater guy wearing a goatee or is his chin unevenly lighted by the sun? I just don't see how anyone can think the two photos are the same person. I'd really like to see a professionally-enhanced photo of Mr. Stripes. NASA has experts at that craft and I'm sure the capability exists outside the govt. The trick is to get a totally unbiased expert, and as long as the owner and Kagin are paying there's a bias.
