    Thanks @Brian Warshaw . Actually, the bed is a rare example of a Victorian queen, so there's plenty of room for us 21st century folks :)

    @Ghopper1924 Lucky man. I went to Pasadena 1978 or '79 for a group company training course and stayed at what is now called The Langham Huntington. luxury such as that I have never encountered before.

    The bridal suite was on offer, so I grabbed, and it made an ideal venue for us to do our next day's preparation. I couldn't wait for us to finish, and my colleagues to go, so that I could jump into the queen size bed; enormous. Sleep well tonight.
