Hi all! I've new here. I friend of mine asked me to try to find info on a sleigh he found recently. The nameplate says Wm Gray and Sons limited, Chatham, Ontario.

Has anyone ever seen one before, or have any info on it?

    Thanks in advance!

    Todd

I have a similar Name Plate as the one shown in the photos. Mine was in the Paint Shop of my Grandfather's Blacksmith and Carriage shop near Listowel Ontario. He was also a William Gray. The William Gray of Chatham was also the Gray in the Gray-Dort car company. I understand that he was active in Chatham politics at the time.
    Hope this is a help.

Welcome to Antiquers, @William Bruce Gray . The original poster hasn't returned in a few years, but your information may help somebody else.
