It will be interesting to see them. Are they 10 different coats of arms, not all Joan of Arc? People rather than places?

  5. Mine are similar to the above you posted, I would say mine have more detail but are in not near as pristine condition. And they are all different. Forgive my naivety but the Joan of Arc one was photographed because it was the only one I recognized as many of them have no words associated with the coat. Thanks for your research also, I started to get worried when I discovered that he signed alot of pieces but it seems he either signed it or axed/hatcheted it. Thank you again

  6. Going back to the original start of this thread and the person that started it asking about the planter. I am wondering if it was mostly an original Gustave piece and at some point parts were added to it or maybe he was just deep into the wine that night and by the time he got around the Chantilly part, it got messy. I am a super expert at this point now obviously, ha ha, kidding obviously. I did find these vases but it had no clarification on whether or not it was Gustave. But if I can help return the favor to the person who started this thread that led me to all these wonderful folks who got me the clarification I needed, it is the least I could do. vasehead.jpg

  10. Ok. Anyone want to see the rest of the plates. Apologize for two things, it is a set of 12, not 10, and the pictures....taken with an older phone, some are sideways, upside down, not great lighting, etc. but they seem to do the job for viewing purposes. Sorry for the one picture, just realized the plate was wiped last probably and dried with spots which the pictures awful. There is a double in there also. Last couple photos posting soon.

Anything interesting to hear, or uninteresting for that matter?

Thank you! Every plate has the Gustave axe mark and the number of 160. And I am sorry they are View attachment 161928 View attachment 161929 View attachment 161928 View attachment 161929 View attachment 161930 View attachment 161931 View attachment 161932 View attachment 161933 View attachment 161934 View attachment 161935 View attachment 161936 View attachment 161937
