Cloisonné necklaces are always worth something. In general, when it comes to value, the age of 20th century cloisonné necklaces only matters if it is say 1920s. The blue and green necklaces are later.
The white beads look older to me, but we'd need some more expert eyes on those.

Have been trying to sell one with the twisted wire that separates the enamel in deep purple on eBay. No interest at all. Seems cloisonné isn't as popular as it used to be, for now.

Good point. Thanks for keeping me up to date. They are still set aside.

I have been looking for celadon jade beads of the right size to restring it. Right now I am swamped with a major project, so everything is on hold.

I might add some small garnet ones and larger sodalites if you can't track down the jade.

Great idea. All the bead shops around here went under during Covid. The remaining one was not great. I may have to try one line.

Or an antique store; I've caught some decent deals on beads that way before. You could cannibalize some of those 8mm bead stretchy bracelets if need be. I'd look for those before buying new beads; the prices tend to be a lot lower.

You got me started thinking. I don't know how to assess the size of the white beads. I'll go to the bead store and ask them. I have to go back. I bought some spacers for a coral necklace I need to restring and then I got a ring, so I have to change colors. Thank you. I'll PM you if I decide to go with the red and blue theme. That's a great idea. Thank you

I tend to use calipers.(LOL) My late dad left some baby ones in the house and they're dead perfect for beads. At this point I've handle enough that I can generally just eyeball it.

I used to bead, a long time ago. I still have some equipment. I never had calipers. I just hung around for hours at the bead store and designed as I went. I'll have to get some calipers.
