    I TOOK IT OUT OF THE FRAME ON THE BOTTOM IT SAYS IN SCRIPT "PAINTED BY GEORGE WRIGHT" " LONDON PUBLISHED 1st MAY 1900 BY Arthur Ackermann, 191 Regent Street, W and mess Stiefbold Co., Berlin " The writting is very small but i think this is what is printed It is on thick constructiob type paper (Cited from: https://www.antiquers.com/threads/george-wright.38459/) a1.jpg a2.jpg a3.jpg a4.jpg
