    Kind of a not so funny Seinfeld.It's about being the coolest richest person in High School measured in terms of mansions,jewels,horses,railroads,etc.
    Today's upper 1% gilded tech elite buy countries.

    Well strictly speaking, the Glided Age barons did as well...JP Morgan, Rothschilds... They bailed out the American economy through multiple panics and it was said they owned the US because of it. Don't read the section about the railroads if you don't want Glided Age spoilers lol.

    That's right Mirana- I remember a Sherlock Holmes that mentioned 'The Great Game'-'The Great Game was a rivalry between the 19th-century British and Russian empires over influence in Central Asia, primarily in Afghanistan, Persia, and Tibet.'
