Hi all, can anyone help me identify the subject of this bronze?

It appears to me to depict a woman standing on a lotus leaf, looks to me quite old (maybe 19th.C) and from India or Tibet

Holding a cone shaped object in her right hand and something is broken off the left hand. I dont have it infront of me so will need to check if there is a hole going through the hand that could have held a trident or similar.. Looks like there may be

The hat or the head dress seems quite unusual, I guess it may have pointed up and gotten bent but looks like a witches hat

    Thanks!

    Cal
