Featured lavalier pendant

Hello. I recently acquired this pendant and I am having a pretty tough time making any sense out of these marks on the back. It's stamped 10K in one spot then in another there are these other marks. If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate any help! Thank you!!

Quite a nice piece. Is that a pearl on the top, too? I would not melt this down.
