    I have two in a box from the latest house clearance.
    The Spanish Sangria comes with miniature Castanets
    The Creme De Menthe is 52% Proof :hungover:

    dear all

    thanx so much for the fun discussion! bottomline: drink and be merry, then sell bottles on eBay? ;)
    my dad used to work at Harper Gilfillan, so the martells are from there because HG were the agents for martell. no idea about the others but knowing my dad, he probably "nicked" it from someone with his sweet talk?! :shame:

    We called them "railroad bottles" The bar car on the Northwestern commuter run out of Chicago sold them with the mix.

    I went to an estate sale yesterday and the cabinets were filled to the brim with these little bottles. No one was really buying them and since I have NO understanding of these, I looked and walked on to see what else was there.
    And I found bupkis.
