@Jivvy - That is a good Wikipedia article on murrine, and interesting to find out that the murrine technique was used in the Middle East 4,000 years ago!

Thank you all for the info and links!! So do you think it's murrine instead?

Jivvy the research is my favorite

Murrine are an element of this piece, but I don't know that that word is helpful in describing it for sale. More tech than sales, I think.

But I'm not a glass seller, so I could be completely wrong in that.

I often see this type of glass being called "Murano Silver Fleck".

Get that sticker off. Silver aventurine, anyhow.

Millefiori should be murrina canes with a flower or star motif and gathered into a multi-floral design, suppose the murrine spots/patches could be considered millefiori, but not what you'd typically think of. The metallic areas are silver leaf (foglia d'argento) inclusions, rather than aventurine (avventurina) - a different technique. It's a nice looking piece, but personally, would hesitate to call it Venetian or Murano without tracking down similar with firm attributions...

I think the Facebook page and the website are two different companies. One did home staging and one sells home decor.
