How many Shades of Gray can you tape a banana with? That's not a real banana. Resin I think. There's a second edition, brass.

It hit the cover, splattered it probably, of the New York Post too. My supermarket carries it.

The articles say that the banana eater was a "performance artist", hehe. Another artist ate the art.

But not to worry. There's a certificate of authenticity so the buyer can just tape a new banana to the wall. It's all about the COA.

The exhibit “Life Of A Banana” opens in my kitchen soon.....not sure of opening curated price of sale, as of yet....Sorry, I got hungry, and ate one.

Maurizio Cattelan’s banana artwork sparks uprising from janitors in Miami | Maurizio Cattelan’s Comedian (2019), a banana taped to a wall which was taken off display at Art Basel Miami Beach on Saturday after attracting uncontrollable crowds, has sparked a protest against low wages among janitors in downtown Miami. In what has been referred to as ‘the platanito protest’, local janitors have joined a march with bananas taped to their chests in an effort to compare the artwork’s $120,000 price tag to their own undervalued labour.

A banana tree maybe, but not that Cavendish stuff. The real exotic ones you can't get up here in the Northeast.

Ruth you drive a hard bargain. I will throw in a pound of peaches, a pound of apricots and a lovely bunch of bananas. Plus the duct tape too.
