Maybe it was in a different thread: the American Federation of Violin and Bow Makers has a list of members who have subscribed to a strict code of ethics; see https://www.afvbm.org/

I'd think any scale that would give a reading in grams would help determine if these are in the correct weight range for viola or cello bows.

The average weight of a viola bow is about 70 grams; a cello bow, about 80 grams. (ranges for Viola bow = 67 to 73 grams; Cello bow = 77 to 84 grams)

Okay - the Albert Nurnberger bow weighs 65 grams, the frog is 2" long, and the total length is 28". It is round.

The Richard Geipel bow weighs 70 grams, the frog is 2" long, and the total length is 27 23/4". It is octagonal.

    So viola bows??

if they were mine I'd take them to Vienna to the Dorotheum on my next stay. many Eastern European nouveau-riches - especially Russians - for the Geipel and rather near to Germany.

Sounds like viola weight. 65 grams is quite light for viola, but some good bows are lighter than one might expect, and some players like lighter bows.

Well I listed the Nurnberger on ebay as an auction and sold it for $665. I just shipped it out and am happy with the result, although 6650 would have been nice too!
