Featured Wax flower bracelet

    Yes could be.

    I’ve looked through a lot of these wax flower tiaras etc but can’t find anything quite like it. The more I look at it the more I admire the work that’s gone into something so small.

    A drop of sewing machine oil on the clasp might loosen it up. Let it sit for a while and penetrate and as often as not it'll open.

    The 2 pieces that screw together should swivel on the findings that hold them so the clasp can twist independently of the rest of the piece.

    My feeling is that it was originally a tiera. The Victorians loved such things for "occasions". May have originally been for a wedding; but also for a "tableau"... where ladies got together and did dramatic readings, song and short plays. At some point it may have been altered for a bracelet for some other reason. An ADORABLE piece!
