Finds that glow...
OK, here's the amber necklace. Beeswax I believe. And another necklace which looks as though it has small amber beads. The swirls are horn of some kind I think. -

its very well made and painted, but the bottom doesn't shout antique to me
everything else does, but not sure that writing looks by an older... -

the lines in the handles make me think deco or 40s... -
