    It sounds like it is still sort of experimental and run through a university (I think University of Utah, but have forgotten already). I found that information through its main website. There are a lot of technicalities in the different views!

    One thing I didn't do was to further crop the picture. Apparently it does not work as well with bright colors, and they want it cropped very close to the part that is analyzed.

    The system is 'in principle' what I had tried to do in my first images. I'd simply used Irfan viewer to colour correct the original which allows you to change various RGB elements. Wow though, a programme that does it properly is so much better. Cropping it closely makes a lot of sense. It reduces a lot of the clutter. A good recommendation that I'll be sure to try out, thanks.
