It’s difficult to see on Gauntlets, if there were some kind clues on the base. Such as grapes, flowers, clouds, that could indicate who they are.
I don’t see a quiver and arrow either, but maybe I just can’t tell.

I agree that it's a boy and girl. The girl seems to have her hand in the mouth of the jug, trying to stem the flow. If that's true, there's another interpretation for a group like this. With the boy's finger raised (whether shushing or admonishing), and wine being spilled with the girl trying to stem it, this could be an allegory of loss of innocence.

In the 18th C it was not all of that unusual for adult subjects to be expressed through the depiction of putti.

What is wrapped around the girl’s
arm (the arm in the vessel)?

This is a detail from the third pic. The marks in the upper right corner look out of place. In person, do they add up to initials?

From fourth pic, far left bottom. Also does not look like part of the ornamentation.

I see the (somewhat larger?) figure wreathed in flora, draped over more of the body, with - I think - a pelt as well as flowers & raised finger, as the girl. The plainer (smaller) figure with no noticeable wreath, draped only tastefully at the lap, is the boy, holding the urn.

There's such a riot of details the image is rather chaotic, it's hard to make a coherent image. Think those are 2 oversized, stylized stalks of grain crossing over his arm. There are 2 more on the ground to the left of the urn.

I can't see it as well as I would like, so not completely confident in some of these observations. Think she has a pelt draped across her & is sitting on part of that one or another. This brings bacchantes & nymphs to mind. She is wreathed in flowers, like Flora, but the grain brings in Ceres/Demeter.

I can't sort out the boy, can't tell if he also has some kind of wreath or is it all hair? Nothing to go by with him.

And of course it could be wine, back to bacchantes & fauns, or allegorical for flowing water.

Afraid I just see poor modeling, not any effort to stem the flow. The convention is to have one hand holding the vessel by the rim. This looks like lazy work.

Whole thing does not have what I call mythologic.
