Asian Charger Blue & White
Here's a 13 3/8" Asian charger I just picked up.Can't tell you much more than that other than IMHO it seems newer, and I'd guess Japanese,Chinese or Korean.

The top comb is ~91mm wide, ~42mm high, ~3mm thick. Although it appears to be tortoise, it is not UV-reactive. The metal looks like brass (or perhaps gold?) but the weight of the comb is too light...
