Need to ID Maker of Sterling, 22K Gold, Onyx Modernist Brooch

Trying to ID this 3 1/8" long artisan brooch. Marks are 925, 22K, 37 and maker's mark, maybe a clover, or BB/EB? Stones are onyx. Very unusual DOUBLE pin stems with safety roller clasps. Any thoughts?

    All opinions are appreciated.
I think the engraving is ED? With a crown. I don't believe it is America. German maybe? Early mid 20th century?...

The flowers and birds attracted me, and it looks old. English? Any idea of age and purpose? 13.9cm in diameter. Thank you!

    Unusual Japanese Lacquered Bowl?

I just bought this bowl for roughly £50 because I think the quality of the Maki-e painting is very fine at that price, yet I’m unsure of its age.
