What is the material? Material feels soft and light weight. Soapstone?
Age and origin? Looks old to me.
Antique? Stands about 2,5cm tall. Thank you for any help and comments -

Two nice old brooches today
Both sold as Victorian silver and paste. I think the bow is French. I also think it has black dots but the light has gone for the day.
