Russian? painted lacquer pin, Help with writing.
Picked this up at one of my favorite thrifts.
1 1/2" x 2 1/4" The pin part is a safety pin? I hope someone can read Russian and tell me what it says on the back, And I am sure it tells a story too? -

Signed Art Glass Plate

Silver Date?
Any way of dating these from the style....1800's?
No Hallmarks.
Magnet sticks to Fork ends and Knife blades so presumed to be Silver Plate.
Handles do not stick, so possibly Silver?
