Hi all. Picked this up and of course cant figure out who made it . Obviously a production piece. Its 6 inches high,4 wide, and any comments are welcome.

Large Flint arrowhead/spearhead
I have had this in my possession since 1976.
Dad bought it at a military/gun show for me.
He was told at the time that it was a ceremonial spearhead, of unknown origin. It is 6.5 inches... -
Please help settle a discussion- Tie back or dagger thingy
I think this is a curtain tie back, my OH thinks it’s one of the stringy thingies on a dagger?
Or something else altogether?
The string is 24” long and the loop is around 3”.
