Is This a Hobbs Ruby Polka Dot Nappy?
Pretty, shallow blown glass bowl, 5 1/2" in diameter, cut and polished rim. Dot indentations are on the inside.

Can anyone id this teapot
I would be grateful for any information on this teapot. Unmarked. Relief decoration and a serpent around the handle. Is it English? Antique? Its a bit of a mystery to me.

Silver marks help
This was $1.49 @ $avers, so of course I had to buy it, if for nothing else to figure out the marks, I haven’t had much luck. The marks are on the top surface not the bottom.
