Small oval painting, Chalk ware? frame
Painting is signed M Blanco, i haven't been able to find much on this artist yet. The frame is 12" wide x 10" and very heavy at 3 lbs. has certificate on the back also

English Silver Registration Number & Date Codes Different??!!??
