Help with same artist's name on 2 paintings; 1st thought Haitian, but straw roofs & canoes?
I found these at a local thrift store & liked them immediately - I also immediately thought "Haitian" until I looked at the straw roof building in background & the dug out canoes - maybe African?... -

Old Chinese figurine with Impressed marks
This little guy is 11" tall. Has some chipping on top of his hat decoration but doesn't look noticeable. There are two impressed marks, hard to read though. Is this an older piece? Qing?

At least i think they are real pearls. It is about 2 1/2" x 2 1/4".

So....this was $40 including the 22" sterling rope chain. Heavy pendant signed Ria, sterling. I am thinking Navaho. Can't find the artist....not sure of the origin of the turquoise? stone. I... -
